This file is designed to help you cut out perfectly shaped tabs from your chosen paper. Simply load your scrapbook paper into your cutting machine, upload the cutting file, and let the machine do the work. Youโll have professionally cut tabs in no time!
- Manual Cutting with Tab Punch: If you donโt have a cutting machine, no worries! You can still create beautiful tabs using a tab punch. Place your scrapbook paper on a flat surface, align the tab punch over the desired area of the paper, and press down firmly to punch out the tab shape.

HOW TO PRINT AND CUT PRINTABLE STICKERS
What paper to use
For the planner tabs I prefer to use an adhesive paper with the normal paper look and feel. Hence, the best paper for these stickers will be matte sticker paper, which equivalent of standard printer paper that has an adhesive backing. Paper should be suitable for your printer type. Double check before your paper purchase, what type of printer this paper is for: inkjet or laser.
I recommend Milcoast Full Sheet 8.5 x 11 Matte Adhesive Sticker Paper. This premium quality white paper never smear and itโs compatible with Inkjet/Laser printers.
You can also use a normal sheet of paper and glue the flaps of a tab together.
These free printable sticker tabs have simple shapes and can be cut without any electronic cutting machine. You can easily cut they with cutting tools you definitely have at home โ scissors.
Follow the instructions below for the best results.
With scissors
- Print the second page of the *.pdf file on white sticker paper letter size (8.5โ*11โ)
- Do not downscale! Print 100% actual size
- Simply cut out the stickers with your favorite scissors along the stickerโs edge

Itโs good to use a Self Healing Cutting Mat while cutting stickers by a paper knife.
With a paper trimmer
It is easier to make a long and strait cut line using a paper trimmer. But do not forget about sticking out parts on the top the stickers. You can cut the vertical stickerโs edges with a paper trimmer, and use scissor to continue with the horizontal ones.

With Silhouette cutting machine
- Open the file *.studio3 in your Silhouette Studio application and send to print
- Print on white sticky paper letter size (8.5โx11โ)
- Do not downscale! Print 100% actual size
- Once the page is printed place it on the cutting mat and aline to registration marks
- Select White Sticker Paper and process the cut with your Silhouette Portrait machine
With Cricut or other cutting machine
- Open the file *.png in your cutting machine application and send to print Print on white sticker paper letter size (8.5โx11โ)
- Create cutting lines according to your machine instructions
- Do not downscale! Print 100% actual size
- Once the page is printed place it on the cutting mat and aline to registration marks
- Select Sticky Note Material (for Cricut) or any other appropriate material (for other machines) and process the cut with your cutting machine
